I am interested in finding a breeder in North Carolina that would be willing to mentor a newby to miniatures.

I have shown dogs for 25 yrs and bred many top winning Italian Greyhounds. We have become interested in minis and would like to get into showing. I do have experience with big horses and currently have two young minis that we plan to show in trail, driving ect when they mature. At some point in the not to distant future I would like to add a show quality youngster.

Having been in dogs as long as I have I know the importance of having mentors.

So does anyone have recomendations? Thanks in advance

Just the fact that you are wise enough to seek out a mentor says to me that you have potential. My mentors mean the world to me.

Big horse and Dog experience won't hurt any as long as you keep in mind that they're all a little different.

And it's always nice to see another Photographer and Photoshop enthusiast.

Welcome.
