Breed Manager Version 4.0

We just got a new Breed Manager CD and was all excited to get it but now we are the least bit thrilled about it. We can't do anything. I believe we uploaded it alright, we can get onto it but we can't save any records, all we get is a pop up message that says like run time or something and shuts itself off.

We need help. We tried it on 2 different computers one a XP and a Vista, no difference.

Hi, I believe if you go to the "Help" icon, there will be an email addy for the designer. Hope this helps.

Does it say "run time error" by any chance? If so, I get that junk all the time because of conflicting programs. Try this

Thanks Marty, I believe thats what our problem is.

after loading a program you should always, restart the computer. Try that if you haven't already.

Please contact us directly. It is possible you got a bad CD, it happens sometimes. Program is solid and works fine on all Windows even VISTA.
