Here's our first black/white pinto foal

Sire is a black near leopard overo-appaloosa and dam is a silver black pintaloosa, how we got this foal out of that cross I still don't know! lol OH! Definitely not what we were expecting, but boy are we pleased!!!

And this is our black/white mare, sire I believe is a black pinto, dam not sure

Our first mini was/is a b/w pinto. He may not be our fanciest horse, but he's one of our most loved. He is also A LOT of fun to drive. We got him when he was just a few months old in 1999, from a lady I bought one of our big horses from.

He went to his first pinto show of the season today and in halter got 2 grand champions and 1 reserve champion and 1 3rd place.

I have to upload new pics. We do love this guy. He is also homozygous for pinto. Bred him for the first time last week to our silver dapple mare.

Congrats on your wins with him.I knew he was a great looking boy. I wish you were closer.I would love a breeding from him.Thanks for the nice comments on our black pinto filly. She is a miracle foal. I had to get her out, couldn't find her other leg it was touch.She is alive thank God.
