Just came back again from the 2nd annual show at the BEAUTIFUL Du Quion State Fairgrounds. This has the best horse barn/stalls I have ever been to - just wonderful. I am so envious over that barn - I want it at MY house!!!

Show staff, managers and judges were great and made for a very pleasant show - and the Springers again sponsered a dinner for all exhibitors on Sat night which is much appreciated.

Had another awesome show - 2 judge show, and 11 classes and came out with 22 firsts. Got all 8 of my Jr. Grands I could, and my two under jr. mares had to compete with each other but the other mare got both Jr. Reserves, then got 7 overall Grands and a Overall Reserve. No Champion of Champions offered at this show.

And I finally took some good pictures of Taker and Peas whom are two that I have not gotten any good pictures of this year so I was excited that dad got some good shots of them on this beautiful fairgrounds.

So here are the results/pictures-

Cross Country Take My Breath Away - "Taker"

I was just looking at your pictures again! I never realized Peas has a white snip -- that is my favorite horse marking (it's a kissing target!)

Thanks guys.....

All the horses really enjoyed yesterday. Feed them breakfeast at 8am like always and then at 9 they all got turned out to graze/get dirty/play ext.......and it was misting rain all day and they stayed out till 4pm.

So totally stuffed and exhausted that they didn't even want supper

And yes Jill Peas has a huge white snip and it is a kissing target;) You should just see her, she just rolls her eyes at me like Mom, enough already
