For years it was a must go thing for me. It does take a week just to get around to all the vendors. I used to buy a badge that let me into every class, then I started just buying the tickets of the classes I particularly wanted to see. I love the versatility class! Oh how I envy those that are going. All the smells, horse people, good horses, kids having fun, delicous food, and of course the vendors! I sometimes find myself wishing the Nationals could be more like it. They have vendors of course, but not miles and miles of them, and of course they only have the concessions that are on the upper and lower levels of the grandstand. Not the fair atmosphere of the food courts! Have a blast and think of me while you're there. Of course, since QH's were my first love, and I am now down here in QH country, guess what I'm thinking about going out and buying? Am looking at a palomino mare and a 4 year old palomino colt today. I love palominos, and can't seem to find a mini palomino that I can afford!
