If you use Farnam Vita-Plus on your minis, how much do you use? Do you find it beneficial? I started Peanut on it and I'm using 1/4 scoop once a day, sound about right? I had him on a different vitamin supp but it did not agree with him for whatever reason (gas and crankiness). He seems to be tolerated the Vita-plus OK. Thanks.

If there are no specific instructions for different weights, usually the recommended amount is for 1000-1200# equines; so for minis I give 1/4 dose to A-size, 1/3 dose to B-size and 1/5 dose to really small minis (like 30" and smaller adults).

Thanks chandab! It's based on 1,100 lb/scoop I believe. That is just about how I have been figuring my supplements, 1/4 dose for A's etc. I just needed to run it by someone. For some reason, my mind made such a Big Project out of it this time 🙃 . Don't get old!
