Another Testicle question

Saw a strange thing on my friends Jack and I was wondering if it is normal. (don't tend to look down there

)

He has (what looks like nipples) on either side of his testicles. What is this and is it normal? Of course I ran a search online but got a lot of xxx sites no matter how I worded it

I may see her tomorrow and if you need a better description I will take a picture.

I say it is normal both of the jacks we have owned have looked like that. I hope that it is normal!!!

My jack has these and so does one of his mule offspring. We had a standard gelding for a while and he had the same things. Doesn't seem to affect anything whatever they are.
