What all is required to hardship an AMHA registered miniature into AMHR?

I am looking at a stallion and a mare that are both AMHA but not AMHR. So I am just laying out all my options.

I hardshipped a mare this past summer. It was really pretty simple. Fill out the work order, take the normal pictures, pay the hardship fee($200.00 for the mare, not sure about a stallion), and pay the registration fee(I think it was sixty dollars). I was really surprised at how simple it was.

It is $400 to hardship a stallion off his AMHA's, plus the regular registration fees which are on a sliding scale connected to the age of the horse. Here is a link to the registration application. The 2nd page shows the fees...
