If the paperwork on the parents are not in order, they will not register the horse. There is no hardshipping into AMHR unless you would have A papers on her, but to register her A, you would either need to hardship there- and she would have to be 34 or less, or again have the paperwork in order on the parents. This is one reason it's so important for people to keep up on that stuff. If she is over 34 though, you would not be able to register her AMHA anyhow at this point. They have to be 34 or less at 3 years old. I dont see any way at this point that the horse would be registerable.
