AMHR-temporary to permanent

I know I should just phone the registry, but all of you are just as knowledgable and quick to get a response. My AMHR gelding's birthdate is June 12th and he will turn 3 this June. We have a show the 15-16th of June, so of course I need his papers in order. How soon can I send them in to go permanent? And I need to send new photos, don't I-or if not, can I if I want to update his photos?

You can show on his existing papers--they are good until December 31st. And no, you do not have to send un new photos--but you can send in new ones if you with to have them updated.
