I've always loved that story!

Too bad I didn't read it before setting up beet pulp in a closed container and transporting it to where we were keeping our colt...I filled a large yogurt container with dry beet pulp and added as much hot water as would fit (quite a bit, really). During the drive, I noticed the container on the passenger seat was beginning to bulge. Then I hit a bumpy stretch of road...the lid burst loose and flew at me like a twisted frisbee. I don't think we ever got all the beet pulp out of that van...
