With Taylor leaving for college in less than 2 months
and her not wanting to sell her beloved Starfire, we've decided to lease him out to another 4-H'er, so he wont be sitting around doing nothing.
I've leased horses before, but want to make sure I cover everything in writing. What should I absolutely require in a 4-H project lease?? (Dr Pam and others involved in 4-H leases, please respond, too)
