fall allergies?

When I first got her she had pneumonia, but we cleared her of that. Now she is having a constant snotty nose, but it doesn't seem to be getting in her way! We called the vet, worried that it may still be the crud, and she was perscribed something, i dont remember the name. But her nose is still...
