Oh gosh do I have it bad. I want a nice driving gelding. I know a man that's about 45 miles from me that has several minis (in fact, I've bought some from him before) and he has a bunch of geldings that are broke to cart. He also has carts and harnesses for sale so I plan on saving up some $$$...

I'm so glad everyone's OK. What a horrible storm system this has been. The line has just passed us. Fortunately it was only some really heavy rain and wind and a little thunder. It was so hot here yesterday, it just didn't seem like February.

I would love to see more diagrams of clipping a mini considering I'm going to give it a try this Spring and know nothing about clipping one. Right now I'm studying everything I can find on the subject. BTW, how old should a mini be before you clip it for the first time?

I've been watching this morning, too. I can't wait! I hope she has it soon!

Did the Voice have very informative articles? How were the pics? I love to look at the photos and all but I also would like to read interesting articles on health, training, etc.

Thanks Everyone! It's so fun to watch him kick up his heels after a meal. I can't wait to play with him some more over the holidays. We just bought his mom about two weeks ago. She's a really light palomino. I believe his dad was a sorrel paint. Here's a pic of his mom, Buttermilk, about a week...

Thanks . That's the closest I've seen to a match for her color. I'll be sure to let you all know when she finally gives up and has it. I also have another mare that came with her that's bred to the same stallion. I wasn't with my parents when they bought them but they said the stud was black.

I wish I knew. She's a grade mare so I have no way of finding out what color her parents were, unfortunately. The gentleman we bought her and two other mares from was in poor health and couldn't remember when they were bred. It can't be too long off, though cause she's HUGE!!!

LOL, thanks she definitely has some silver in her. She's the bossmare too. Forgive her potbellied-ness, she's heavy bred. I wish she'd hurry up and have the baby, she's big as a barrel and plus I wanna play with it.
