We have a state park pass and with that you can go into the park as early as 6 am other than that we've been waiting till the evening also.

I've had mine for about 2 years and I love it. It's comfortable and well made. I use mine on my 35" mini and all we do is trail drive and she pulls it everywhere. Hope this helps.

Have you had him checked for heaves. We have a horse with it and he breaths real hard, when the humidity gets bad he's miserable. He's even gone off his feed for days and will only eat hay. When we first noticed, he was breathing like someone with infazema (sp).
