My Baby Doll stepped on a old root that gave way, at here old home. Left front leg. X-rayed no break. They casted it for a short time and then removed it. (Vet did this). She still favors the leg if she runs, or walks to long. Any recommendations?

New to the forum. I am getting 3 beautiful mini's 2 females one gelding. The are already cart trained, and one is saddle trained. Average age is 10 years. Good health. But the area was small. ( 75feet square). I will be giving them about 2 1/3 - 3 acres to live on. Any advise is welcomed...
