    Beautiful June weekend

    Hope you all are able to enjoy a beautiful weekend like we have. No rain for a change and lots or sunshine! Took Pecos out for a drive yesterday and 2 more Mini's going out this afternoon. Fun times. Grass and pastures are growing, birds are chirping and we are all happy.

    Day 10 past the surgery day and my little Pecos is doing good. 5 days of complete stall rest with 2-10 minute walks a day.     Baby calves

    Spring on the farm is amazing. We have a small herd of black Angus cows and have our 4th calf on the ground now. Only 1 more to go. So enjoy watching them. But this is our last year for having the beef cows. It has been a blast! Animal instincts are really something aren't they.
