Welcome to the forum from Texas! I do agree with all that has been said. You should definitely get a vet out there to check. Especially if there is any chance that the stallion is bigger than her.

I agree you should ask for the photos. His knees do look swollen but he could just have fairly bulky knees ( I have seen minis and horses with bulky knees before). I would definitely suggest getting a vet check before you get him; it is better safe than sorry. He is a cute colt though.
