I bought one of these and plan to put up soon. The instructions say it takes a couple of people but I’m sure I can do most of it myself, just ask my husband to help lift it up to the corral panels. I’ll add plywood to 3 sides too. My only concern is making sure it’s secured to the ground well...

In the Midwest we’ve been having the same snow/rain cycle like the others. I’ve never like winter, with the snow and cold temps, but this one has been pretty mild. To be honest tho, I’d rather deal with the frozen ground than the mud.

Who has pulled their trailer in snow? I’m supposed to pick up a Mini on Sunday about 70 miles from my home and the forecast looks like possible snow, “less than 1 inch”. I’m comfortable pulling my trailer in general, just never done it thru snow. Thoughts, suggestion please?

I will be installing fencing soon and still undecided about which material to use. I know for sure I won’t use electrical. My area is about 150 ft x 150 ft for two minis. I’d like to split that area so one side is pasture and the other a dry lot. In the Midwest my best options for buying the...

Just want to introduce myself. I will be getting my first Mini in a few weeks and enjoy reading the posts in the forums. Not new to horses, I’ve been boarding at a barn down the road from me for years but will keep my new Mini here on my property. Laurie.
