When life gets rough, you buy a new pony...

She looks like a big stuffed toy pony. So cute. Sorry to her about the lice, and I think with that much hair/mane clipping down as close as you can is the only way to have a fighting chance to kill and get rid of all those lice. Mind boggling to an interested party.

    Tiny bit

Are you going to get some type of small horse toy to see if it could be used on that toy?

    Kodak Moments

I’ve learned something new. Never knew that black swans were native to Australia. They are beautiful.

Crafting for minis or other animals?

I hope some others give some ideas. That would be so neat to see.

    Miniature Horse Trailer

That new interior paint job and the exterior paint job is WOW! You do such a great job on it. Oh my, that is just cleaned and waxed, I wrote the above on the first impression. I am happy for you finding and getting what a nice looking trailer.

    Exciting news

I love your quilt. You are very talented. That hand quilting is becoming a lost art form. And it's even practical.

    Miniature horse run-in shed

@JanBKS that is a really neat tent. Oh, the Amish made it, then there is some craftsmanship in it.

Contest! Share Your Mini Horse Photos!

I hope I can find a horse to take a photo of before this closes. I am in love with many of the photos here. Every time I think I have picked a favorite another favorite is posted.

    Hi, from Northern Calif.

Hi there. What part of Northern California? Up near Sacramento? I know some people that lived out there a long time ago. And welcome. I’m still a learner here, also.

Getting mini to slow down before jumping

@Matthew B Thibault I sure hope your knee gets to feeling okay soon. I hope you iced it down soon after it happened. Nice that she stopped and waited for someone to get her.

Are you having Rain or Snow this week?

Heavy rain here, threats of high winds. Last line of heavy rain going through right now. We are having a lot of flooded roads around this county and surrounding counties. Monsoon season is what I call it.

    Hello from Australia

HI Molly. Do you have photos of any of your minis that you could share? Australia is one of the places I've always wanted to visit.

    Choosing show halter

That is a beautiful horse. How would show halters be different from a regular one? Better leather? Maybe some leather work on it?

My little Pony has come a long way!

Is this a Mini horse or just a smallish normal horse.

    Super Mini horses?

I’ve been trying to do some research on Minis and not just ask you all here. I came across some photos of very miniature horses that only look about knee or mid-thigh high. Are these very tiny horses considered Mini or are there such things as Tiny horses?

    Hello from Massachusetts!

Interesting about them shedding so much. I bet a good wire brush would feel good to them, just like someone scratching our back when we have an itch.

    Valentine Day Plans?

Hi Angie. I didn’t have any special plans but I did find some macaroons in a pretty box hung on my door when I came home. Seems an Aunt thought I needed a bit of Valentines Day goodies.

Crafting for minis or other animals?

I was wondering if any of you craft for your minis or any other animal you may have. Maybe blankets or can you make halters? If you do such things, could you tell me about it and show photos?

    Raised homes or “tree” houses

I've seen some of those tree house shows, and shows that feature the houses on posts at the coasts (above flood level). The underneath makes a nice patio, so they could have stalls for mini horses and such small animals.
