    Dr. Taylor, that is exactly what they did. They used the toggle, but they had to remove part of the femur bone to get a better view& then wired it back in place. As well.     I feed my herd purina Miniature Horse feed. It i just for minis & helps keep their weight down. We have had great luck with it.
