    measurements for fitting harness

I am looking to purchase a harness for our mini. He is 32". What measurements do I need to take of him to compare to the harness? I know of someone selling one online that fit a 36" and she asked me for measurements, but I don't know what to measure. Any help would be great. Thank you.

    The right size cart

My husband and I are looking for a cart for our mini, but we are not sure how to tell if it is the right size. What measurements do we need to take of our little guy and the cart to see if they fit properly? We're worried about the shafts being too long, too short, too low, etc. Thank you.
