I considered Willie a friend and never, not once, mised a chance to bring him treats, grass and pats on one of my weekend excursions to Lori's farm to see our minis. I was lucky to arrive a...

What di you learn from Nationals?

At my first Nationals, I learned: Nationals is exhilirating yet exhausting all at the same time; I have much calmer nerves than I ever knew when it comes to showing and driving; bringing and making your own food is a necessity; inflatable mattresses really ARE comfortable; my horse, Duke...

Who were your favorite horses at AMHR Nationals?

My own (JEM Duke It Out, JEM Break 'N Pattern aka "Fleur") because they showed their hearts out and I love them so much that I wouldn't trade either for the Grand Champion. The others that really caught my eye were the Sansevere's "King Zebulon" who competed in numerous classes always...

    First National - Some observations/opinions

Oops, I forgot one... 14) My two favorite horses (other than my own, of course) were Enchanted Hollow King Zebulon and (sorry don't remember the prefix at the beginning) "Holy Smoke I Wuz A Bad Boy". I loved watching those 2, especially the King driving.
