NH trying to make it a law to register you horse with the state, like dogs!!
I do own horses and do not want this passed, but I think that the main issue here is where does it go next, Cow, pigs, chickens , goats etc. I believe it is just another way for the NAIS (National Animal Indentification System, by our wonderful goverment) to get their foot in the door.
