I agree. Making a new registry isn't then answer. We need to clean up the problems first, and I see measuring to be one of the biggest problems.

I would feed him at his old spot by himself and watch. If he still won't eat call the vet. Especially this time of year not eating is defintelly a red flag! I would even check all vital signs now just to make sure nothing is wrong.

I suggest a good quality grain myself. Are you able to get the new Platform Miniature Horse and Pony Feed? I got it once it came to my area and its working great for my horses that need the extra weight. But, he needs good quality grain to get his topline covered.
