My name is Jessica, and I'm a typical horse crazy gal. I've got 4 horses altogether, a paint, 2 arabians, and a mini. My paint, Teega, is a 17yr olf 15hh bay tobiano mare, who rescue horse and one of the best horses ever. I couldn't ask for more from her! She loves to trail ride, game, and jump. We also use her as a kids/beginner/first time rider lesson horse. She is very good at it all. We are hoping to compete in competitive trail very soon. My 14yr old 14.1hh bay arabian gelding, Baquardi PR, is a professionally trained (and money earning!) saddle seat and native costume horse. He's also an amazing youth and all around horse...and did I mention he's blind?! I also have a chestnut arabian gelding standing at 15.2hh and is a ripe age of 21, his name is KC. I rescued him from a horrible person (who happens to be family - and by the way I've disowned) who starved him nearly to death, but still has so much love to give. He's a fabulous all-around horse and he especially loves kids, trail riding, and gaming. Then there's my mini mare, Splash's Dots and Dashes aka Splash or Dottie. she is a 12yr old 35.25" tall sorrel & white tobiano mare. She's trained to drive and I'm currently teaching her jumping, showmanship, halter, and in-hand trail (her absolute favorite, she's pretty bomb proof and fearless!). She's my little girl and is VERY jealous (i.e. - I was working with my paint mare one day and hopped off her for a second and she came running up and was mad that I wasn't playing with her LOL). She loves kids and loves to come out and play. She responds amazingly to natural horsemanship, so that is the method I use with her. She is registered both AMHR and Pinto, and I will hopefully show her in both hopefully next year. She has foaled before, and always throws pintos, and is going to be bred either this year or next, whenever I find a stud I like (not in any hurry). We live in the beautiful Western Washington and hope to find friends to hang out with around here!
