Legally you would not have to send back a dime. They entered into a contract and they are the ones who have defaulted not you. However I was in the situation this summer and sent back the money with the exception of the deposit.

Prodigy can be "hardshipped" in at a reduced price (1/2 priced) and of course Pd'Qed. Prodigy can not exceed five years in age, after five regular hardship prices apply. Don't know if they have to be inspected as well or not?

I voted AMHA because of the wording of the poll. If there were identical horses, horse A who was registered AMHA only and horse B who was registered AMHR only, logistics tell me that horse A is the better deal. I show mainly AMHR and if pushed for an answer would chose R over A AS A REGISTRY...

Have done it successfully for over 30 years with ten two year old or older stallion. Our QH stallions run together also. There are some that can not be housed together "off season" but not here.
