    We got 5 chickens to keep our pony company. The problem is our food aggressive Shetland is crazy about their crushed feed. He keeps breaking into their Coop and even breaking their metal feeder troth thing to eat it. Is it ok for the pony to eat that stuff? Does anyone else have this problem?

    Ok. Thank you! I do have the shelter floor completely covered with horse mats . Is it ok to use straw on top of the mats inside shelter until I get the shavings. Also, should i always Buy the shavings specifically for horse stalls? Do they sell it in bulk or just big blocks in plastic ?
