Are you using an open bridle on her or have blinders. I notice you say she goes straight with steady contact and when she backs. If she has blinders she needs steady light contact other wise she is blind and wanders about. Maybe try an open bridle if you are not already.
I think I would like to get all 3 of mine tested sire, dam, and foal. All three have crystal blue eyes.

We have had lots of big foals this is our first mini baby. We got our mare Quiet Dells Lil Zena early this spring already bred with no idea of a due date. After much anticipation we woke up to an extra horse in the barn yesterday morning. So here she is our lil Jelly Bean.
