I'm trying to remember an old "saying" by experienced horse breeders on how to assess a horse's conformation development ....

Is it....Look at the horse at 3 days, then, 3 months, and then, 3 years????

I think Lewella posted about this a long time ago???

Pretty sure you got that right.

Would it be: "They" say you should look at a horse's conformation at 3 days, 3 months and 3 years - all the other times they are in some sort of uneven growth.
