Anyone have any yummy dessert recipes for IBS that don't use soy? I usually have to use almond or rice milk.
I miss ice cream and can't have milk at all (it's not the lactose) and soy doesn't seem to agree with me. The rice and almond "ice creams" are delicious but so expensive! anyone have any luck coming up with a way to use almond or rice milk to make an "ice cream like" treat ? Or anything else interesting? (I do have the Heather Van Vorous recipe book and have looked at Kree's recipes for IBS-though I may have missed something good there).
