Funny - I used to make turkey only at Thanksgiving and it finally dawned on me this year that there is no reason not to make turkey year round! It's low fat, low calorie and healthy! Here's what I've come up with:

3 lb. turkey breast with ribs

Fresh ground black pepper

Mrs. Dash's onion & herb seasoning

Fresh ground rosemary

2 lemons (sliced)

1 brown onion (sliced)

Baby carrots

Assorted fresh veggies (broccoli, etc.)

Season the turkey with the spices, put in oven roasting bag with either some water or a can of sodium-free low fat chicken broth. Arrange the lemons, onion, carrots and fresh veggies around the turkey, seal the bag with slits on the sides and roast 350 for 1 1/2 hours. It's incredible!!!!!!
