    Flooring question, interlocking mats

I think I've read all of the posts on flooring, and I have a question about the interlocking mats. I'm looking at some 4 x 6 interlocking, 3/4" thick mats from a company called JB Horse Standards. I have some 4 x 6, 3/4" thick mats, straight edges, but I feel like the interlocking would be...

I just love reading your updates. ❤️

    Stall Cameras?

This. It costs less than you think, and gives you so much peace of mind. (Also allows you to monitor doors and motion.) I had a guy come and shoot Wi-Fi to my barn with a Wi-Fi bridge.

Alrighty then! I think I'll mesh the moon, weather, and my personal calendar, and run it by Ariel, to make sure she's not going to have her baby on that day. ;)

    D&B Training and Progress Journal

I have been enjoying reading the Adventures of D & B. I love that you post pictures and dress them up. So fun!

Thank you! That's very interesting! I found this information on the Farmer's Almanac web page, but I'm not sure how it relates to the moon calendar. Five Next Best Days These are the next five best days to castrate animals, based on the Moon’s sign. February 8, 2024 February 9, 2024 March...

    Opinions needed please

Oh wow, you have to just be wrung out with worry and exhaustion. Will pray for you and your darlings. I think you're amazing to get through all of that.

Thank you, I'm doing really well now. I spent the whole day outside or in the barn, so that did my brain so much good! Everyone was so happy to lay in the sun.

    Nipping

I can absolutely see how this would be effective. I jokingly just shared this with my fellow mother-in-law, as we were discussing a misbehaving grandkid. We were both joking, except there is something to be said for scaring the poop out of them when they do something completely unacceptable...

    New farm!

I'm so sorry! It's anything in there salvageable?

So you're saying I can't go too far. Okay, thank you for that very clear message.

    Nipping

I know this is an old post, but wanted to say thank you to those that answered this. I've got a 6 month old mini donk jack, (just waiting for better weather for gelding) and he's so fun and lovely, but he grabs my leg, or my foot, or my arm sometimes. It's winter, so there's fabric involved...

Okay, this was my worry. Goodness, a wasted trip. Here's hoping that doesn't happen. So far, the weather hasn't been good enough. This week we're supposed to be a whopping 50 degrees, but Ariel (remaining pregnant jenny) is behaving suspiciously, and she has a come-and-go bag going on. And...

Is there such a thing as "too cold"? Or am I just too soft?

Haha, this does make me feel better. I just hate to see them wet.
  17. Cecosugi

    Just how pregnant is she?

They probably do need to be separate. I totally agree she needs a pantry to hide in, and eat chocolate. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for the biggest part of my fencing, and Valentino is a very sad-by-himself donkey. Ohmygoodness, I'll find the video. That's why I got him a friend, but...

Which moon? I'm afraid I don't know anything about the moon signs, except that you're supposed to cut your hair by them.

So did you just routinely check to see if they had dropped? I don't want him thinking I'm going to always grab him, so I'm trying to be all casual about it. Do they ever go back up? Is that a thing?
