I've been "out of" Miniatures for about a decade and am just getting back into them and I have to say, I am absolutely thrilled and blown away at the overall improvement in the quality of Minis I'm seeing now. There has been such a massive leap forward in the type of horses, I just keep seeing website after website of unbelievable animals and it just makes me smile.

I agree! Minis have come a LONG way!!! There were some ahead of their time, but 99% of them.....WOW! What a change!

You are so right! I was looking at some mags in my office recently from the late 90's to early 2000's and the difference in conformation would be obvious to even non horse people. Something I noticed in even older mags were horses W A Y before their time that I feel could hold their own in the ring today.
