I have a stallion that im going to be doing a free lease with and the lady that's taking him wants to use him for breeding. I haven't been a member of AMHR for some time and I think I'd have to join again. My question is, how would she be able to register the foals? The stallion is AMHR.

There is a lease form that you complete and send in with the papers to AMHR. They will record the lease and you give her a copy of the papers showing her as Lessee. With that, she will be able to sign the paperwork and get her foals registered. Alternatively you, as stallion owner, could sign all the paperwork for her and she would be able to register the foals even without the lease being registered.
 
Better to have the lease in place at the AMHR to avoid conflicks later on not that there would be but better to be safe than sorry
