That make you happy. Peanut stood in the trailer quietly munching hay for fifteen minutes today. That is a huge improvement. No pawing, popping up, or silliness. I smiled alot! So what little steps in training with your mini have made YOU smile?
 
I love to clip too. I find it relaxing, but I'm lucky in that mine like to be clipped. It would be a different story if they were stinkers.

Peanut is a puzzle. He seems to be well educated in some areas but totally clueless about things you would think he SHOULD know. I have come to the conclusion to treat everything as "new" when I work with him. It's just easier :)
 
I remember training our first born foal to tie. I'd sneak a peak at him, and he'd be still and good. When he could see I was actually watching him, he'd pitch a fit! I'm sure he was hoping for rescue. Sometimes, they're so smart that it's funny!
